A few weeks ago I got to meet up with some of the sweetest people I know, Mike & Annie! Annie is my cousin and I was so lucky to be involved in their wedding a few years ago. They live in San Francisco now so it isn’t very often that we get to see them, but we always make a point to get together whenever they’re in town! Annie wanted to get some updated head shots done, and of course we couldn’t leave out Mike so he jumped in to get a few portraits together as well! The light was so perfect for their session! Meet the sweet Riggleman Family! Jenelle, Blake, and their absolutely adorable son, Shiloh! I had the honor of getting to shoot their family session recently, and I had such a wonderful time getting to know them! The Rigglemans recently started coming to the same church as us (shameless plug for Village Church at Midlothian, woot woot!), after moving here this past year. I loved getting to work with them, and isn’t Mr. Shiloh the best dressed little boy ever?

While it may have been a super chilly winter day when we had their session, they still worked with the cold and we managed to get some amazing portraits out of it!

Mike + Shelby | Engagement | Richmond, Virginia Engagement Photographer

I met Mike and Shelby on a blustery and sunny fall day at Maymont. They were ready to rock their engagement session! We started off in the Herb Gardens and made our way throughout the park. Mike and Shelby were eager to show their love in front of my camera within all of the beautiful gardens of the park. From the Dooley Mansion and the Italian Garden, to the splendidly changing leaves, it is the perfect session to represent fall in Richmond, Virginia!

I had such a great time getting to know them and I love how their session turned out! Enjoy looking through a few of my favorites!
